What CMD CYBERSPACE SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS S.R.L delivers through the PickASlot platform and how.

1. Purpose

This page describes the service PickASlot provides, the conditions under which we provide it, and what we expect from operators and guests using it.

2. What we deliver

An online booking platform that lets venue operators publish their availability, accept reservations, send confirmations and reminders, and manage their schedule from a dashboard. We do not own the venues or the underlying services that operators sell to their guests.

3. Platform availability

We aim to keep the platform available 24/7 and use a redundant EU cloud infrastructure. Planned maintenance is announced in advance whenever possible. We do not commit to a contractual SLA outside what is required by Romanian and EU law.

4. Operator obligations

Operators are responsible for accurate venue, pricing and availability information, for honouring confirmed bookings, for complying with consumer-protection law, and for being reachable on the contact details displayed on their public page.

5. Guest obligations

Guests are responsible for arriving at the booked time, following venue rules, and paying any amount due to the operator. Misuse of the booking system (spam, automation, abuse) leads to account suspension.

6. Technical requirements

PickASlot runs in modern browsers (latest two major versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari and Edge) and on the latest two iOS/Android releases. Disabling cookies or JavaScript may prevent the booking flow from working.

7. Fees

While the trial is active, no fees apply. Operators are notified in advance before any subscription fee is introduced, in line with our Terms of Service.

8. Support

Support is available by email at contact@pickaslot.io. Standard response time is two business days; urgent payment or booking issues are prioritised.

9. Limitations

Operators are independent businesses; PickASlot is not responsible for the quality of the actual leisure service delivered at the venue. Our liability is limited to what is required by Romanian law and the Terms of Service.

10. Changes

Material changes are announced by email or in-app and on this page at least 15 days before they take effect.
