Overview
Whenever CMD CYBERSPACE SOFTWARE SOLUTIONS S.R.L processes your personal data, the GDPR gives you a set of rights you can exercise free of charge. This page lists them and explains how to submit a request to privacy@pickaslot.io.
The rights you have

Right of access (Art. 15)
Receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you and information about how we process it.

Right to rectification (Art. 16)
Ask us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.

Right to erasure (Art. 17)
Ask us to delete your data, subject to legal retention duties such as accounting records.

Right to restriction (Art. 18)
Ask us to limit processing while a dispute about accuracy or legitimacy is resolved.

Right to data portability (Art. 20)
Receive your data in a structured, machine-readable format, or have it sent to another controller where technically feasible.

Right to object (Art. 21)
Object to processing based on legitimate interests or to direct marketing - the latter is an absolute right.

Automated decision-making (Art. 22)
We do not subject you to solely automated decisions with legal effects. If we ever do, you will be entitled to human review.

Withdraw consent (Art. 7(3))
Where processing is based on consent (marketing emails, analytics cookies), you may withdraw it at any time without affecting the lawfulness of prior processing.
How to submit a request
Send an email to privacy@pickaslot.io from the address linked to your account. Describe which right you are exercising and what data is concerned. You may also use the in-product data deletion flow under Account → Privacy.
Identity verification
We verify the identity of the requester to prevent unauthorised disclosure (Art. 12(6) GDPR). For account-linked requests, replying from the registered email is usually enough.
When we will reply
We answer within one month, extendable by two further months for complex requests (Art. 12(3) GDPR). We will tell you if we need an extension.
Right to lodge a complaint
If you believe your rights have been violated you may file a complaint with ANSPDCP at https://www.dataprotection.ro/, in addition to any judicial remedy.
Operators and guests
When you booked through an operator, that operator is the controller for the booking data. For data they hold, requests must be addressed to them directly; we will help route the request when needed.
